Im running CloudCompare on my Mac via the OSX build. Is there a pan tool in CloudCompare so that i can pan model as opposed to just being able to just rotate it? Improve this question. Follow edited Jun 11 '18 at 10:26. CloudCompare is a 3D point cloud processing software (such as those obtained with a laser scanner). It can also handle triangular meshes and calibrated images. Originally created during a collaboration between Telecom ParisTech and the R&D division of EDF, the CloudCompare project began in 2003 with the PhD of Daniel Girardeau-Montaut on Change detection on 3D geometric data. Hi!![Cloudcompare command line Cloudcompare command line](/uploads/1/1/7/8/117881718/940884228.jpg)
Problem is, I need a colored .obj file for cinema 4d. I tried to simply save the .ply file as obj, but when I open it in a mesh viewer, it has no color.
Other .obj meshes I have also come with some .jpg files. Unfortunately, I have almost no knowledge of meshes/.obj files so I don't really know how to get a colored obj file.
Cloudcompare Merge Point Clouds
Since these files are pretty big, it is quite impossible to get the desired result with trial and error.
So hopefully you can give me some advice :)
Kind regards,
